The site Logdahl.com contains the equipment part of the fishing while Logdahl.se contain´s the fishing stories (in Swedish) .

My name is Ulf Logdahl and i live in an little village called Fone in Sweden/Halsingland with my wife, three children, horses, cat´s and my dog "Five Pence" . The passion of my life (beside my family) is of course fishing and everything around it.

I´ve been building flyfishing rods , knifes and tied fly´s since 2001 (with direction at custom rodhandles of birch bark and stabilized woods)

My absolute favorit fishingplaces is in the mountain/alpine rivers (or what we call it in Sweden " Fjall")  where i go so often i can. I mostly enjoy fishing  Graylings and Salmon trout.

The equipment i generally use when i am fishing is an Loop yellowline #4/5 with a Loop opti stillwater line #5 ( Taper lenght 10m) mounted on an Danielsson nymphwide reel,   i would rather build my rods on an yellowline but since Loop not making any more of that model (the same about Blueline) i have been looking for a rod with similar qualities that i like.

A few friend helped me with material for my site Logdahl.com, Ulf Nygardh who makes really nice knifeblades and knifes, Roger Gustavsson who in my opinion is one of the best fly tiers in the north (who also building flyrods) and Anders Wikstrom who making knifes, jerkbaits and flyrods , we also introduce a webshop with custom made knifes, flys e.t.c.   If you are interested please contact me by e-mail for further information.

It was Roger who taught me how to build an flyrod and Anders showed me the art of knifes,  so many THANKS to them and big THANKS to all of you who has supported me through the years on my webside and in "real life".
